Akbar is an accomplished business leader, investor and strategic advisor with extensive experience in healthcare innovation, business transformation and strategic growth. He has a proven track record of developing and scaling high-growth healthcare businesses and large-scale service platforms across the MENA region.
His expertise spans private equity, investment strategy and fund management, with a strong focus on building trusted partnerships, strengthening operational performance and creating sustainable long-term value.

Dr. Khalid shapes Dental Nation's medical strategy, aligning clinical priorities across the network. He brings expert medical judgement to leadership decisions.
Professional background
Dr. Khalid is a highly regarded consultant plastic and hand surgeon with extensive experience in clinical leadership, complex surgery and healthcare development. He founded the Hand and Microsurgery Center at Rashid Hospital, one of the UAE's leading specialized centers.
He currently serves as Consultant Plastic and Hand Surgeon at Dubai Academic Health Corporation and Chair of Surgery at Dubai Health.

Dr. Hasna leads Dental Nation's strategic partnerships and public affairs, building collaborations that advance access to care, health education and sustainable community impact. She brings valuable clinical insight to every partnership, helping ensure that shared initiatives remain relevant to patients and focused on meaningful healthcare outcomes.

Dr. Hasna is an orthodontist and senior dental specialist with extensive experience in advanced orthodontic care, clinical leadership and service development.
She served as Consultant and Head of the Orthodontic Unit at Dubai Health Authority, where she led orthodontic services and advanced clinical standards, service quality and excellence in patient care.

As Clinical Director, Dr. Tosun oversees clinical excellence, quality standards and service planning across Dental Nation. He guides treatment protocols, supports multidisciplinary collaboration and helps ensure consistently safe, evidence-based and patient-centered care across all clinical teams.
Professional background
Dr. Tosun is an experienced orthodontist with an extensive background in clinical practice, academic leadership and advanced orthodontic care.
He is the founder of Dr. Tosun Dental Clinic, an established dental institution serving Dubai's diverse community, including its Turkish community. He also lectures at DTMD University in Germany, contributing to advanced dental education and professional development.
