Premium metal braces

Premium metal braces are fixed stainless-steel orthodontic appliances that move teeth with brackets, wires and controlled pressure.

The term usually describes conventional braces made from dental-grade stainless steel, sometimes with smaller or more polished brackets. Each bracket bonds to a tooth, and an archwire links the brackets to guide tooth movement.

An orthodontic assessment includes an examination, photographs, dental radiographs and a bite analysis before brackets are selected. During treatment, brush around every bracket, clean between teeth, avoid hard or sticky foods, and attend wire-adjustment visits.

Seek orthodontic care if crowded teeth, gaps, an overbite or jaw discomfort affects chewing or cleaning. Contact the clinic promptly for a loose bracket, a protruding wire, persistent ulceration or sudden severe pain.
